Download the ThoroughWorks app, log in with your credentials, and set up secure access to your consignor dashboard.

Download the ThoroughWorks app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and log in using the credentials provided by your sales company or farm manager.
If you don't have login credentials, contact your sales company administrator to request access.
Enable notifications in your device settings to receive alerts about inspection schedules and updates.
Familiarize yourself with the main dashboard and navigation to locate your horses, inspections, and settings.

Link horse owners to your consignment so they can receive inspection updates and approve submissions.

Navigate to the Owners section in your consignor dashboard.
Add new owners by entering their name, email address, and phone number.
Configure notification preferences for each owner (email, SMS, or app notifications).
Assign owners to specific horses in your consignment using the horse management screen.
Verify that owners receive confirmation emails and can access their horse inspection data.

Review and manage the horses in your consignment, verify their details, and prepare them for inspections.

Navigate to the Horses section to view all horses assigned to your consignment.

Configure your Lot Information Management settings to control how inspection data is shared with potential buyers.

Navigate to the LIM Settings section in your dashboard.
Configure which inspection data types are visible to buyers (X-rays, scope videos, clinical reports).
Set up access controls to determine when buyers can view data (before sale, during sale, by request only).
Enable or disable the requirement for buyers to sign a client declaration before viewing X-rays.
Review your LIM summary page to confirm all settings are correct before the sale begins.

Schedule and manage veterinary inspections for your horses, coordinate with vets, and track progress.

Navigate to the Inspections section to view scheduled and pending inspections.
Coordinate with your veterinarian to confirm inspection dates and times.
Ensure horses are prepared and available at the scheduled time for X-rays, scopes, and clinical exams.
Monitor the status of each inspection as it progresses (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Approved).
Review submitted inspection data and approve or request corrections if needed.
Notify owners when their horse's inspection data is ready for review.

Use the DICOM viewer to review X-ray images with full diagnostic tools.
