Open the app and tap "Sign In"
Enter your email address and password provided by your practice administrator
Complete the two-factor authentication using the code sent to your email

Shortlists

View and manage inspection requests from buyers

Core Feature

Navigate to the "Shortlists" tab to view incoming inspection requests
Filter shortlists by sale, date, or buyer name
Tap on a horse to view catalogue details, pedigree, and existing repository data
Use the "Accept" or "Decline" buttons to manage inspection requests
Enable notifications to receive alerts for new shortlist requests

Conformation Reports

Create detailed conformation assessments with the visual body map

Report Type

Select a horse and tap "New Conformation Report"
Use the interactive body map to mark conformation observations
Tap body regions to add grading scores and detailed notes
Capture photos directly within the report using your device camera
Add an overall summary with your professional assessment
Tap "Save Draft" to continue later or "Complete" to finalise

Clinical Reports

Record clinical examination findings and observations

Report Type

Select a horse and tap "New Clinical Report"
Complete the general examination section (heart rate, respiratory, temperature)
Record eye examination findings including pupil response and clarity
Document cardiac auscultation findings and any murmurs detected
Complete limb flexion tests and record any positive responses
Add any additional clinical notes and recommendations

X-Ray Reports

Upload and annotate radiographic images with findings

Report Type

Select a horse and tap "New X-Ray Report"
Upload X-ray images from your camera roll or directly from your DICOM viewer
Use the annotation tools to mark areas of interest on images
Select the appropriate body region and view for each image
Add detailed findings for each radiograph including grading
Provide an overall radiographic summary with your assessment

Scope Reports

Document endoscopy findings with video and image support

Report Type

Select a horse and tap "New Scope Report"
Select the scope type (upper airway, lower airway, gastroscopy)
Upload endoscopy videos or still images from the examination
Use standardised grading scales for laryngeal function and other findings
Document any abnormalities with detailed descriptions
Add your professional summary and any recommendations

Send Reports

Review, finalise, and deliver reports to buyers

Final Step

Navigate to "My Reports" to view all completed inspections
Tap on a report to review all sections before sending
Use the "Preview PDF" button to see the final formatted report
Add your digital signature if not already configured
Tap "Send to Buyer" to deliver the report securely
Confirm the buyer has received and can access the report via notification
